2. Baking Soda

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon of baking soda

Olive Oil

Mix the baking soda and water together to create a paste then apply it to your scalp by section, add a small amount of olive oil to make hair softer and manageable before putting the ingredients on your scalp. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. Repeat once or twice a week.

So always choose green and leafy vegetables and don’t forget to eat fruits especially bananas and avocados. 1 whole piece avocado

Get enough sunlight but don’t stay too long so you won’t get sunburned though since the sun is a great source of Vitamin D it also helps dry up excess oil on the scalp.
